  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers should have the following criteria-1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in supplying and installation of CCTV Camera and accessories.2) Specific experience:The Tenderer should have experience of successfully completing at least 01 (one) worth not less than Tk. 33.00 Lakh in a single order on supplying and installation CCTV camera and accessories in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations within the last 03 (three) years.The years will be counted from the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper.3) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years.4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.5) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.6) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date trade license, vii) Up to date authorization letter must be submitted.7) Authorization product must be authorized. Copy or none channel / unauthorized product will not be accepted.8) Catalog/Brochures should be submitted along with the tender9) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
