Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : All the egp enlisted contractor satisfying the criteria mentioned in e-PG3 document attached herewith as per PPA-2006 and latest PPR-2008.1. Payment of work will be made on availability of budget & fund release. No extra claim/ interest for delaying in payment will be entertained. R/A bill will be entertained on the availability of budget and fund. But work progress will not be hampered for lack of fund release/ want of R/A Bill. 2. Latest Technical specification for civil work of BWDB will govern provided in particular specifications.3. If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the selected Contractor will do this at his own cost & arrangement. No Extra claim will be entertained in this regard.4. Representative still picture & video of prework & post work of the same location will be taken by contractor and submit to Procuring entity at contractor's own cost. 5. Quantity of work may extremely increase or decrease. 6. Design may also be changed or modified (if required). 7. Prework & Post work may be also taken by taskforce or other agency or jointly as per instruction of Higher Authority or PE.8. Cost of tests, interim and post-work survey will be borne by the contractor. No extra claim will be entertained. 9. After completion of the Whole work final Measurement will be Taken. The final bill will be paid based on the final measurement.10. "A misrepresentation or omission regarding the value of existing commitments and ongoing works by a tenderer in the E-GP system constitutes a fraudulent practice...." as per circular of CPC, BWDB, vide (Memo No- 42.01.0000.005.22.002.18.96), Dated:11-09-2024.(Copy Attached in Particular Condition of Contract)
