Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) All the Tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 & PPR 2008.b) Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD)(I) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.2200000.00 lakh under a maximum 02 (Two) contract in any government organization in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of Tk.22.00 lakh issued after January 2024.(iv) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;(v) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.(vi) e-BIN (13-digit) registration certificate;(vii) Certificate of incorporation (in case of the limited company)(viii)Sample [200 gm Unnatamaner Mashur Dal (Mota) must be submitted in (Three) Transparent containers to the Habiganj District Jail as per technical specifications on before tender opening date and time.
