Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Authorization Letter to submit the Tender on behalf of Tenderer (ITT 10.1(e)2. Valid e-Trade License (ITT 10.1(g).e-Trade license valid up to date 2024-25FY.3. TIN Certificate (ITT 10.1(f)4. VAT Registration Certificate (ITT 10.1(f). Vat registration certificate Up to date on 2024-25FY.5. National ID of Authorised Person (ITT 10.1(e)6. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number.7. Credit Limit, Bank Statement and Bank solvency Certificate have to submit from last One month to last document selling date.8. Experience Certificate (Original Copy) form any Organization on similar type of supply of the value of the at least TK. 2,00000/- (Two lac ) in a single work order including name, address and contract telephone number of such purchaser (s).9. Detailed Technical Specifications of every item will have to be mentioned as per PE-s given specifications range is mandatory in the specification box. "As per scheduel" will not be acceptalbe.10. Minimum 3 (Three) years over all working experience in e-GP system and 2 (Two) years working experience on similar type of supply with good records.11. And other eligibilities will be as per TDS.
