Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer as supplier shall be 2 years.2. The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in supplying of Uniform and liveries with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,000/-(Two Lac ) under single contract successfully completed within the last 2 years (Duly supported by work completion certificate and work order copy)3. The minimum amount of liquid assetssupported by bank solvency certificate or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2,00,000/-(Two Lac)4. Tenderer must have the 13 digit VAT registration number, updated trade license and latest tax certificate/return submission proof.5. Uniform and liveries must be supplied as per conditions stated in DPDC Memo No. 87.405.414.00.00.034.2009.78 Date: 29/08/2017 and satisfaction of Executive Engineer, NOCS Kakrail, DPDC. 6. Supply must be completed within 60 days from contract signing date. Supply/delivery time will be stictly followed throught the contract. It will start from the next day of the contract signing date.
