  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : •The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall work Experience in the relevant field.•The minimum specific experience of similar nature job and related services shall be: At least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years and each contract value of 20 (twenty) lac under in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.•The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project. Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate (where applicable) shall have submitted. Any kind of Dealer/Reseller/Supplier is not acceptable.•The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital, or credit facility is Tk. 40 (forty) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.•Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents.•Tenderer shall mention the Brand, country of origin/Made in and warranty of the item. A brochure/leaflet is also to be submitted along with the tender documents. Item must be provided in factory new condition. Products produced 6 months before that will not be accepted.• The Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.•Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Other parts of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
