Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be a minimum 3 (Three) years at Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization/Private organazation.b) The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in the supply of similar goods under at least 1 (One) contract with a value of at least Tk. 10 (Ten) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body/ Private organazation successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 5 (Five) Lac.d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.e) Defected/damaged items will be returned immediately and penalties will be charged as per the tender document rules.f) Supply and distribution of all the items should be done by the bidder at Khulna Universityg) Khulna University authority reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loadingh) The tenderer must submit one complete set of sample, including all items listed in the Schedule of Goods, in accordance with the technical specifications, to the Procuring Entity's office prior to the tender opening. Samples will be returned following the evaluation.
