Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : General Eligibility:1. The Tenderer shall be a bona fide company, firm, or organization registered in Bangladesh.2. The Tenderer shall have a valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.3. The Tenderer shall have at least 5 (five) years of experience in supplying branded ICT equipment (laptops, desktops, servers, printers etc.) to government/semi-government/autonomous organizations or large private institutions.4. The Tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility by any Government authority.Specific Eligibility:a) Supply of at least five 60 ppm colour laser printers of the brand mentioned in the bid in the last 3 years.b) OEM Distributorship Certificate Must be Submittedc) Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter from OEM must be submitted (only OEM Authorization should be accepted, no local authorization will be accepted) d) ISO Certificate of the Bidder & Manufacturer Must be Submittede) Warranty Certificate from OEM must be submitted.f) Proof of technical service centre in Dhaka with list of technical personnel under the payroll of the supplier who provide support on-site and at the service centre for the offered equipment
