Project Name : Establishment of Testing Laboratory of Department of Narcotics Control in 04 Divisional Cities.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit/upload with its Tender the following documents:(i) valid Trade license (2021-2022).(ii) Bank solvency certificate.(iii) Income tax clearance certificate ( 2020-21).(iv) e-BIN registration certificate & e-TIN Certificate.(v) Bank transaction report (for last 3 month) (last date will be counted before the date of tender publication).vi) Non-Blacklisted & Bankrupt Statement.vii) Relevant documents for works experience and financial experience as per TDS.(viii) Manufacturer Agencyship/ Authorization Certificate.i x) Tenderer shall have adequate experience, workshop and professional engineer & technician to provide after sales service promptly ( List of test equipments,technical personal details are to be provided).
