Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in supplying goods and related services as a supplier.2. The bidder must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Letter and a certificate of assurance for the supply of spare parts for the next 5 years.3. The Tenderer must hold ISO 9001:2015 certification.4. The Tenderer must have specific experience in supplying similar ICT goods under at least one (1) contract, with a value of no less than 20,00000 BDT. This contract must have been completed within the last 5 (five) years for any Government, Semi-Government, autonomous body, or private organization.5. The Tenderer must submit the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Warranty Certificate along with the offer.6. The company of the product must be nationally/internationally recognized and have a position within the top five (5) brands in Gartner-s recent report.7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 22 lac.6. The Tenderer must submit the following documents: i. Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate ii. Valid VAT Registration Certificate iii. Updated Trade License.
