  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned belowa) The minimum no. of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years.b) The minimum specific experience as Lab Equipment supply and installation in Engineering Lab Setup of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.00Lacs under any Govt/Semi-Govt. Engineering Institutes in Bangladesh.i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/ other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c) The Tenderer must possess(i) an Up-to-date valid Trade License.(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate from NBR.(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate.(iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Boardd) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 55.00 Lacs.e) Manufacturer's authorization /Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the TDS documents section, have to be submitted in the designated fields.All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
