  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience in supplying Teaching and Learning materials Equipments.B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 30.00 lac (Thirty lac) for Package-HAU/Teaching and Learning/ 24-25 -1 in a single work-order .C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 100.00 lac (One crore) for Package- HAU/Teaching and Learning/ 24-25 -1. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 lac (Thirty lac) for Package- HAU/Teaching and Learning/ 24-25 -1 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before the date of opening tender.E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.F) The tenderer must possess:(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate(iii) Up to date trade license(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.(v) ISO certificate is mandatory(vi) Original manufacterer authorization.(vii) End user certificate is a must before payment of the bill.ix) Distributorship certificateG) JVCA is not allowed
