Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (A) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality (NID) & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.2) Supply Schedule, Statement of Supply method, Equipment & Personnel.(B) Special Instruction:1) Quantity of Supply may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.2) If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.3) Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific Form PG-2-5 . Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.4) Latest circular of CPTU and CPC of BWDB shall be implied.5. The fund for purchasing the products is available in Sylhet O&M Division, BWDB, Sylhet 's O&M Budget during the FY: 2024-25.
