  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 10 years.b) The tenderer must have at least one successful completion experience on CCTV system installation including at least 1 (one) year maintenance service of CCTV system in a single work order amounting not less than Tk 145.00 Lakh during the last 5(five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies as per TDS.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 175.00 Lakh. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PG3-8)".d) The tenderer must have authorization letter from software developer to access in existing Hikcentral/iVMS-5200 software. Manufacturer's/sole distributor's authorization letter for the items as specified in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) have to be submitted by the tenderer as per prescribed format.e) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.f) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate, ABC electrical contractor License, IRC Certificate, ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of bidder have to be submitted.g) The tenderer must have Manpower and Equipments as specified in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).h) The tenderer must have abi...
