Online VAT return submitted for last 03 (Three) Months counting backward from the date publication of IFT in the newspaper.6. Updated Chamber of commerce certificate (with money deposit receipt).7. Bank Solvency Certificate.8. Bank Statement (last 06 months).9. Attested specimen signature of tenderer on company letter head pad.10. Recent passport size 2 Copy colour photo of tenderer.12. All Photocopies documents must be submitted attested by a first-class government gazetted officer and must use the name seal with the designation of the attesting officer.13. 14. If tender evaluation committee (TEC) want to examine all original documents, tenderer is bound to submitted (Refundable).15.
