Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.2) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 17 (seventeen) Lakh under maximum 1 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.3) Tenderer shall submit samples design & drawing to the PE office and upload approved forwarding letter into e-Gp before closing of tender.4) Decleration on letterhead pad that tenderer will supply all items as per sample and design approved by engineer in charge.5) Proven documents of own/ rent workshop facility with lathe machine, shaper machine, milling machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, welding systems, etc.6) Tenderer shall visit the site in plant before closing of tender and detailed visit & inspection report signed by plant personnel shall be submitted.
