Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The tenderer shall be manufacturer & having industrial license. The Manufacturer shall have a minimum 5 year of overall experience for manufacturing of similar goods & 3 year specific supply experience of the materials.b) Certificate should be enclosed issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.c) Local manufacturer or authorized representative of foreign manufacturer only can be participate the tender.d) The authority reserves the right to verify physically the production capacity and technical ability of the factory before evaluation or issuance of notification of award if it feels necessary.e) The authorized representative/agent is only applicable for foreign manufacturer.f) Tenderers having updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN & VAT Registration certificate. Copy of these certificates and original money receipt of purchasing tender documents must be enclosed along with the tender in addition to the required papers mentioned in the tender documents.g) The tenderer shall have experience for similar work successfully completed over the last 5 years in a single work order amounting Tk. 40 lakh.h) Work certificate to be attached with the tender.i) Others term & condition will be mentioned in the tender schedule.All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
