Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have a minimum of 2 (Two) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.The satisfactory completion of supply of Spare Parts in any Power Plant or in any industrial entity amounting not less than BDT 12,00,000.00 (Taka Twelve Lakh Only) under a single contract in the last 24 (Twenty Four) months counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. For further details, please refer to the Section-I: 'Instructions to Tenderers (ITT)' clause 15.1 along with Section-II: 'Tender Data Sheet (TDS).The Tenderer shall submit a) Valid and updated trade license, VAT registration certificate, TIN Certificate, Income Tax certificate or Acknowledgement Receipt of Income Tax Return of latest Tax Assessment Year, b) Necessary catalogue, data sheet, brochure etc. of all the items shall be submitted to prove technical conformity. Generic document is not acceptable, particular model-wise documents are necessary, c) Certificate from the manufacturer or authorized entities of manufacturer confirming that, offered items will meet the design specification of the existing system/ unit(s) and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification of the existing system/ unit(s).
