Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP] b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods or spare parts of minimum Tk. 45 (Forty Five) Lac under maximum 02 contracts in the last 03 years. Note: Tenderer shall submit 'Acceptance Certificate' issued by the end-user as a supporting document for the experience. Notification of Award (NOA) or Work/Purchase Order (WO/PO) will not be accepted. However, a Delivery Challan (signed and accepted by the PE) or a Receipt cum Inspection Report for the supplied goods, containing pricing information and issued by a competent authority of the end-user, will be accepted. c) The minimum amount of credit facility is Tk. 50 (Fifty) Lac. d) Manufacturer-s authorization is required.
