Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All tenderers whether enlisted or not may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.2. If any false/forged information is provided by the Organization/Firm/Company in the above Database or if such false/forget information is identified during Tender Evaluation or at any stage/time, then any legal action can be taken against the Organization/Firm/Company according to the Rule 127 of PPR 2008.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.3. Only work is going during the IFT Publication will be considered as ongoing work. Otherwise, the work will not be considered as ongoing work and it is required to Upload Notice to Commence. NOA & Money Receipt will not be considered as ongoing work.4. Up to date Terms & Condition as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA2006 will be followed.5. Carrying cost of Vehicles/Equipment-s (Loading & Unloading) is not included in the estimated cost. Therefore, the Contractor/Suppliers must contact with respective Division for performing the work on site where applicable under supervision of Engineer in Charge.NB:i. The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.ii. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of standard Tender Document.iii. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.
