Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:1.The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registrationcertificate, incomeTAX clearance certificate.2. NID and Ownership Certificate.3. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate & detail bank statement(minimum 100 lakh taka should be available till theday before the tender) / Attested copy of Liquid Asset of 100 lakh taka submitted in Standard Format e-PG3-8 according to ITT clause 28.4. The minimum specific experience at District Police as Supplier in supply of of at least 1 (one)similar contract successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, with avalue of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakh.5. Samples of high quality domestic Soyabean oil in a 1 liter bottle (BSTIapproved, enriched with Vitamin A) should be submitted to the office of theSuperintendent of Police, Dinajpur before the scheduled time of opening of the EGP tender.Provided sample goods quality shall be considered at the time of tender evaulation. Low quality goods shall be considered non-responsive.6. The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender without assigningany reason.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document mustbe fulfilled.
