Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in supplying similar goods.B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 02 (two) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 17 lac (seventeen lac) for HAU/smartboard /24-25/15 in a single work-order.C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 60 lac (sixty lac) for Package- HAU/smartboard /24-25/15 . Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 17 lac (seventeen lac) for HAU/smartboard /24-25/15 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before the date of the publishing tender.E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.F) The tenderer must possess:(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate(iii) Up to date trade license(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate(v) Must have a distributorship certificate.(vi) ISO certificate is mandatory(vii) End user certificate is a must before payment of the bill.G) JVCA is not allowed
