Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all qualified tenderers as mentioned below:a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Networking Equipment as Supplier shall be 10 years.b) The minimum 1 (one) contract of Tk. 12.00 lac within the last 3 (Three) years from the date of IFT and under in any Government Organization. (i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) In case of the work was done under any Govt. other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district whose jurisdiction work has been done.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 15.00 lac.d) The tenderer should submit the experience certificate of Linux based Server, Like: DNS Server, NGINX Load Balancer, Apache Web server and MySQL Database.e) Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter with Original Seal & Signature (Form e-PG3-5) along with the proper contact details. f) Original Catalogue/ Brochures must be submitted as applicableg) Product Warranty Certificate Requiredh) The tenderer shall have Valid Trade License, Update Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation & VAT Registration Certificatei) The tenderer shall be the active member of Bangladesh Computer Samity and Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Services (BASIS)j) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractor & Supervisory license from electrical licensing board.k) Up-to-date valid ISO 27001:2013 Certificate
