Document in support of 10 (ten) years general experience must be submitted.Tenderer must be submitted supply record of similar type of equipment with valid contract address & phone/mobile no. at any Government Organization/Public/ Autonomous University.The minimum specific experience with end user satisfactory certificates as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1 Crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.Original/Printed catalogue of all related equipment must be attached in which the offered model, type & all technical description/ specifications should be mentioned.Manufacturer's authorization certificate for the maximum number of valuable products must be submitted.
