Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of tenderer shall be 03(three) years.b) The tenderer must have sucessful completion experience of at least 01(one) completed supply of similar natrue/Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical related goods at least tk 18.00 lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank and status of an Executive Engineer or equivqlent officer of concerned Department/ Organization.c) The required minimum liquid asset is TK 23.00 lakh.d) Black listed / debarred bidders from any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender.e) Upto date trade licence , Income Tax clearence certificate, VAT registration certificate.f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.g) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2025 and it's amendment.
