  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractors or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 3 (three) years. Years counting backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP portal.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature with a value at least Tk. 8.00 (Eight point zero zero) lacs in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization successfully completed within the last 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2.50 (Two point five zero) lacs.4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 4.50 (Four point five zero) lacs over the last 3 financial years.5. Updated License/Tender Document as manpower Provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of section 3Ka (1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in Submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of the concerned bidder.
