Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac) under maximum 4 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years for any Generation/Distribution/Transmission Company/ BPDB/ PWD/ any Govt. organization shall be required (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e GP System). For additional experience criteria, please refer to Clause no. 9.1 of Section-2: 'Tender Data Sheet (TDS)' of the Tender Document. The required average annual turnover is Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lacs only) over the last 3 years. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lacs only) (In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The minimum capacity shall be: BDT 40,00,000.00 (Fourty Lac only). The Tenderer shall submitt valid Trade license, TIN and VAT (13 digits e-BIN) registration certificate.
