Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of specific experience in the supply of similar goods and related servicesThe Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (five) numbers supply contract of goods and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in BangladeshThe tenderer shall be certified partner/ distributor of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.The tenderer shall have at least 03 (three) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least BDT 55 (fifty-five) Lac only in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The tenderer shall be Technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet.The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 60 (sixty) Lac. Letter of commitment from Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.• The tenderer provides all certificates and necessary papers will hate to be submitted in respective forms as mentioned in the tender document.Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document.
