    Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
    Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) Valid Trade License Certificate (FY 2023-24)(2) Income Tax Return Certificate (FY 2022-23).(3) VAT Registration Certificate (i.e. having 11 digits)(4) Bank solvency certificate must be submitted with tender period.(5) Bidder shall mention the Brand, Country of Origin/Made in and warranty of the items.(6) Catalogue must be submitted all items(7) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in supply of office stationery, office appliances and related Goods.(8) The tenderer shall have an experience of supplying similar goods as at least Tk. 40 (Forty) Lacwithin the two years (FY 2020-21 & 2022-23) of government, Semi-Government andAutonomous organizations in the e-GP systems (work completion certificate must be submitted).(9) Required Tender Security (Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) must be submitted(10) Bank Statement (17 September 2022- 18 September 2023) must be submitted(11) Specific Completion Certificate with NoA/work order as specified in the TDS must be submitted(12) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 50, 00,000.00 (Fifty Lac) must be submittedAuthorization from(13) Undertaking of not being Black-Listed/Debarment in any Government/Autonomous Body(14) Samples must be provided before contract agreement(15) The successful Tenderer must supply the goods at the rate approved by the authorities at his own transport cost.(16) Contract will be for 01 (one) year initially and may be renewed for next 02 years subject to satisfactory Performance.(17) Total Item based lowest bidder will be selected.(18)The procuring entity reserves the right to reject all Applications
