Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers shall submit the following documents with its Tender for Responsive Criteria:(a) Valid Trade License, (b) latest valid Income tax clearance certificate, (c) latest valid VAT clearance certificate.(d) The specefic experience as a supplier of similar nature of Goods at least 03 number contracts from Govt./Semi-Govt./Statutory Public Authority must be submitted. Two contracts must be amount of BDT 8,00,000/- ( BDT Eight Lac) each in during last 03(Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).(e) Over all experience as a supplier of goods at least 05 years.(f) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8,00,000/- ( BDT Eight Lac) for the works. Documentary evidence for the above liquid assets/credit facilities shall be submitted with the tender in e-GP system. Conditional certificate shall not be accepted.The liquid assets or credit line(s) certificate should be issued not earlier than 28 (Twenty Eight) days prior to the day of the deadline for submission of tender.(g) The required on an average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 15.00 lac in the last 3 years. (N:B- Product must be Original. No Copy/Duplicates Product will be accepted. Supplied products will be compared with the original products of manufacturing company prior received.)
