Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Updated valid Trade License2. Value Added Tax ( VAT) Certificate /BIN Certificate with VAT payment varification copy 2025-20263. TIN Certificate with tax clearance AY 2023-2024 ( FY 2025-2026)4. General experience of supply 5 ( five ) years5. Must have specific experience in successful completion of at least one number of similar supply amounting minimum BDT Tk. 1.5 (One point five) Crore in single work order from Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Body during last 5 years6. Tenderers must submit previous 3 (three ) years Audit Report from a reputaded Audit Firm including Document Varification Code ( DVC ) for at least one year and varified in the Egp system7. Minium Liquid assets / Credit line from bank letter of commitment amounting to BDT 1.9 ( ONE POINT NINE ) CRORE with wth working capital must be submitted8. Manufacturer authorization or authorization from local agent must be submitted. In case of local agent authorization , documents related to local agencyship from manufacturer must be submitted9. Addional documents/ eligibility criteria as per TDS
