Eligibility of Tenderer : All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities:1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (03) years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal.2. The minimum Specific Experience is Satisfactory completion of supply of Goods of similar nature and complexity [Supply of any or combination of nursery and/or plantation materials will be considered as similar nature of Goods] of minimum value Tk. 11,90,000 (Taka Eleven Lakh Ninety thousand only) under Maximum 02 (Two) Contract to any Government Organization/Semi-Government Organization/Autonomous body in the last Three (03) years. i. e.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The minimum amount of Liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 17,00,000 (Taka Seventeen Lakh only).4. The tenderer must possess:i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.iii) Up-to-date trade license.
