  Brief Description of assignment : Supply of 17 Different Categories of Manpower through Outsourcing Policy followed by Non-Consultation Service Process for the 250 Bed District Hospital, Natore.
  Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required : * Minimum 05 (Five) Years of Work Experience in Similar Work in any Government/Semi-Government Health Institution.* Minimum 01 (One) Year of Experience in Providing Manpower in the Relevant Category in any Government/Semi-Government Health Institution in similar work within the last three years with a minimum value of BDT. 146 lakhs (including NOA, contract, work order and satisfactory completion certificate)* Valid Updated Trade License, Labor Department Registration, Chamber of Commerce Membership Certificate, Bank Solvancy, Audit Report with DBC Number, Updated Income Tax and VAT and others document mentioned in TDS
  Other details (if applicable) : If the Procurement Entity requests to retain one or more experienced personnel from among the previously recruited personnel for the convenience of hospital management, the contractor contracted under this PSN tender shall be bound to this.
