  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Tenderer must submit1) Up to date valid Trade License.2) Up to Date Tax Certificate.3) VAT Registration Number andITT 13.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be three (3) years.ITT 13.1(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last twenty (20) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,00,000/= (Seven Lakh).ITT 14.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 5,00,000/= (Five Lakh) over the last best five (5) years in the last ten (10) financial years.ITT 14.1(b) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 12,00,000/= (Twelve Lakh).ITT 14.1(c) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 8, 00,000/= (Eight Lakh).Note: A Contractor who has a work in hand and progress at NSTU is not Qualify to participate in this Tender.ITT 34.1 The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk. 30,000/= (Thirty Thousand). in favour of Convenor, Central Procurement Cell.
