Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a)Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in building construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number of similar construction works worth(civil) not less thanTk. 08.00 Lac only in a single work order in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk.07.00 Lac only during last 5 (five) years.Necessary supporting documents (Detail payment certificate) shall be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)d) The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capacity Tk. 06.00 Lac only.e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 07.00 lac.f) Tenderer must have up-to-date tin certificate, up-to-date trade license and must have valid 13 digit BIN registration certificate.g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.h) Tenderer will be non-responsive if debar by any government organization any where in Bangladesh
