Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All Tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.a. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [03] years.2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.a) A minimum general Works Supply of Goods, Laboratory Equipment/Chemicals supply, and Works experience of 03 years.b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar Goods(Laboratory Equipment/Chemicals supply) of at least [01] contract(s) completed within the last [05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [13.00 lakh].c) A minimum liquid asset of a Taka of 18.00 lakh is required.e) All other criteria stated in the TDS.3. All Tenderers should submit the full name of their firm.4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.6. Minimum Capacity will be Taka [18,00,000.00].7.
