Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must have:1) Up to Date valid Trade License.2) Up to Date Income Tax Certificate.3) VAT Registration Document4) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement Slip issued by the competent Authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-25).5) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.6) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Taka Only).7) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 13,00,000 (Thirteen Lakh Taka Only).Note:1. A tenderer who is currently involving in 02 (two) ongoing goods supply related works of NSTU, is not eligible to participate in this tender.2. A tenderer will not be awarded two contracts at a time
