Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should have up-to-dated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate with TIN certificate and Return Slip with Assessment, VAT registration certificate and BIN Registration Certificate (13 Digit) and Chamber of Commerce License2. Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years general experience and 3 (Three) years specific experience for supply of similar goods/equipment-s and related services with at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed, each with a value of at least Tk. 10,80,000 (Ten Lakh Eighty Thousand) in any Government/ Research Institute /University /Autonomous organization.3. Bank Solvency/ Liquid assets certificate or line of Credit BDT 10,80,000 (Ten Lakh Eighty Thousand)4. Original pictorial Brochures or catalogues of the offered equipment-s5. Authorization Letter for Tender Submission and signed by the bidder-s authority.6. Minimum 3 years warranty for the Equipment-s, warranty certificate from the original manufacturer must be submitted along with tender.7. Name of after-sale services center with name, contact number, and address should be provided.8. Training and installation of the Equipment-s need to be provided on site. All expenses need to be covered by the supplier9. Copy of up-to-date Membership certificate from “Bangladesh Computer Samity” if any10.
