Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as Mentioned below:1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Fire Detection & Protection System with UL listed/FM approved major components i.e fire pump, FACP, detectors & sprinklers) of minimum Tk= 225.00 lac under single contract within the last 5 (five) years under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private organization.i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.2) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =150.00 Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form attached with tender document),without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.3) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board4) The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship Certificate and Catalogue.5) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS of thi...
