Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Valid trade license (Up to date).2) Valid tax clearance certificate (Up to date).3) Valid VAT & TIN certificate.4) Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.5) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Lift and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.6) Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing, commissioning of Lift of minimum value 63.00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./ autonomous organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for single Lift for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) Lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of Lift mentioned in the designated package (63 Lac x 2 Nos Lift = 126 Lac). (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date)7) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of EED after varified by respective organization.8) The minimum amount of liquid assets of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 60.00 Lac for single Lift as per STD (e-PG3) format of this tender. Bank statement will not acceptable as Liquid Asset.9) Submit valid Manufacturer-s Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.10) Submit valid agencyship certificate of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.11) Other criteria are stated in ITT, TDS, PCC and Annuxre at Section 6.
