  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of Supply & Installation of weighbridge scale/Transport Related Equipment or similar work as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor under public sector in a single work order in Bangladesh amounting not less than Tk 130.00 lakh within the last 10 years. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer of concerned Department/Organization of public sector.c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover under public sector is Tk 260.00 Lakh over the best 3 years in the last 5 financial years which will be based on work completion certificates from public sector. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender whick issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer of concerned Department/Organization of public sector.d) The required minimum liquid asset/credit facilities is Tk 90.00 lakh as per TDS.
