  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of Supply & Installation of 11 kV HT Line Work as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor under public sector in a single work order in Bangladesh amounting not less than Tk 70 lakh within the last 5 years. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer of concerned Department/Organization of public sector.c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover under public sector is Tk 120 Lakh over the best 3 years in the last 5 financial years which will be based on work completion certificates from public sector as per TDS. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.d) The required minimum liquid asset/credit facilities is Tk 50 lakh. The credit commitment certificate must be submitted as per prescribed form e-PW2A-8 attached in section 5 (Tender and contract forms).e) The required tender capacity is Tk 65 Lakh.f) Black listed/ debarred bidders from public sector will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.g) Up-to-date valid trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certif...
