Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up to date ABC License of Individual(s)/firm(s) for Electrical works.2. A satisfactory completion of similar works [Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Area Lighting/Street lighting/Thunder Protection System (LPS)] at least 1(one) no. contract successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body as a Contractor within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least Tk 17.00 (Seventeen) Lac (years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in CPTU website)3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac where turnover should be consider best 3 (Three) years over the last 5 (five) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 21.00 (Twenty One) Lac6. Tenderer shall submit the following documents with this Tender :a) A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works [(including Contract Agreement, BOQ breakdown for identification of similar work experience( if required)];b) Audit report Last 3(Three) years/Payment certificate/Completion certificate in favour of turnover;c) Bank Solvency Certificate/Bank Statement/Credit line certificate in favor of their financial status;d) Valid TIN Certificate & Trade License; Last Year Income Tax Certificate/Acknowledgement of Tax Return; Valid BIN & VAT Registration Certificate; ABC Electrical Contractor-s/Supervisor-s License from Electrical Licensing Board Govt. of Bangladesh;7. Tenderers having quoted price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate will be rejected.8. Joint Venture, Consortium or Associations (JVCA) is not acceptable for this Tender.
