Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Specific Experience: Work completion certificate along with work order of successfully completed the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cabling works with power distribution board in data center amounting to minimum Tk 30 (Thirty) Lac only in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh within last 03 (Three) years. Certificate must be issued by an official not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.b) Document regarding the proposed brand online UPS & Lighting protection system is satisfactorily operating in Bangladesh during minimum last 03 years.c) Brand name/Country of origin, manufacturing & shipment etc. and detail technical information must specifically be mentioned as per description of BoQ.d) Original/copy of technical brochures/catalogues of proposed items containing technical information, brand, model, origin, website address, etc shall have to submit with the tender. (If required)g) Clean, clear and unconditional manufacturer-s/bidder-s full warranty certificate for a period of minimum 01(One) year from the date of hand over the project to Biman.h) Sealed & Signed Copy of BOQ & Terms and Conditions must be submitted.(See attachment in section: 08)i) Bidders are advised to visit the site and see the attached terms and conditions (Section: 08 of this tender document) before submitting their proposal. Site visit report must be submitted.
