Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : • A minimum number of years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services as specified in the TDS is 5 Years.• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years- experience in supplying, deploying, and maintaining Next Generation Endpoint Security (EPP/EDR/XDR) solutions and/or related cybersecurity services.• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three (03) successful installation completion certificate for the supply or service of Next Generation Endpoint Protection (EPP/EDR/XDR) solutions within the last Five (05) years. The Tenderer shall submit copies of the relevant documentary evidence.• Satisfactory completion of supply and implementation of EPP/EDR/XDR in minimum 500 devices (workstations/servers).• The proposed solution should be in Leader position of Gartner End Point Protection Platform in last year (2024).• The bidder shall be required to strictly adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) as defined and provided by Bangladesh Development Bank PLC (BDBPLC).• Minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility: BDT 1,00,00,000 (One Core Taka Only).
