Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Digital Attendance Devices and Related services or any others Goods as Supplier and/or Prime Contractor shall be three (03) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods or any other Goods as Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Digital Attendance Devices of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 8,50,000/- (Eight Lac Fifty Thousand) Only.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 11,00,000/- (Eleven Lac) Only.4. Up to date Trade Lisence, Income Tax Clearance, VAT registration certificate.5. Catalouge / Brochure of the propossed product.6. International Standard Compliance Certificate (CE/FCC/ISO 9001) of mentioned brand.7. Letter of Manufacturer-s Authorization.8. Warranty Declaration/Certificate of Product.9. The Bidder must furnish the document regarding Perpetual Device Connection License, perpetual Base License for centralised software (made by OEM), API, SDK etc.10.
