Eligibility of Tenderer : 01.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.02. The Tenderer shall have specific experience of providing Broadband internet connectivity of speed minimum 100mbps of value at least Tk. 4,90,000.00 (BDT Four Lac Ninety Thousand). under maximum 02 (Two) number of contracts to any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies/ Govt. Owned Companies/ Multinational Companies/ Bank in the last 05 (Five) of years ;i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Evidence in support of specific experience containing organization name, website, contact details (phone no, fax no, e-mail address), designation of the signatory & date, contract value and quantity shall be submitted.03.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer over the last Three years shall be greater than Taka 8,40,000.00 (Eight Lac Forty Thousand) only.04.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 87,500.00 (Eighty Seven Thousand Five Hundred).only.05. A Contractor or a Subcontractor that is a national of, or registered in, the following countries are not eligible: Other than Bangladesh06. The Tenderers whose trade license valid, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.07. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.08. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.09. The income tax return filing certificate of the contractor company must be submitted.10.
