Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate according to Prime Minister Gazette.2. Specific experience of successful completion in Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Diesel Generator of minimum Value 20 Lac Taka in single agreement in any Govt./Semi govt./autonomous within last 5 (five) years (from thedate of IFT).3. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by Asstt. Engineer (EED) of Concerned District.4. Valid manufacturer-s authorization letter for the proposed brand of Generator Manufacturing Company.5. Valid Agencyship certificate for the proposed brand of Generator Manufacturing Company.6. Submitted valid document in reply of any others terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this Tender.7. If the proposed Generator brand submitted by the bidder which is other than the mentioned brand of the tender documents, if not accepted by TEC Committee during the evaluation, the tenderer will be non-responsive..8.
