  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.b) The Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as of Supply and installation of generator of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 140.00 Lakh in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 150.00 Lakh. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8)" which is attached in Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms (PG3-8 Formats).d) Manufacturer's/sole distributor's authorization letter for generator have to be submitted by the tenderer as per prescribed format "Manufacturer's authorization letter (Form ePG3-5)" which is attached in Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms (e-PG3-5 Formats).
