Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up to date Valid ABC License of Individual(s)/firm(s) for Electrical works.2. A satisfactory completion of similar works (Solar street or solar area Lighting/ Installation of ON/OFF Grid Solar system works/High-rise Building electrification with Solar system) at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least Tk 23 (Twenty Three) Lac (years counting backwords from the date of publication of IFT in CPTU website) .3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 54.00 (Fifty Four) Lac where turnover should be considered best 3 (Three) years over the last 5 (five) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be at least Tk 23 (Twenty Three) Lac.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 32 (Thirty) Lac.6. Tenderer shall submit the following documents with this Tender :(a) A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works [(including Contract Agreement, BOQ breakdown for identification of similar work experience(if required)](b) Audit report for last 3 (Three) years/Payment Certificate/Completion Certificate in favor of Turnover(c) Bank solvency certificate/Bank statement/Credit line certificate in favor of financial status(d) Certified up-to-date of TIN & Trade License, Clearance Income Tax document, Valid and up-to-date BIN & VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Electrical Contractor/Supervisor License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh;7. Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below of the official cost, will be rejected.8. Joint Venture, Consortium or Associations (JVCA) is not acceptable for this Tender.
